hari ni punye training terpakse ponteng sbb x larat nk angkat kaky . tangan pon dh xleh nk genggam kayu hoki dah . phewwww~
tnggal lagi 3 hary . afte that , i have to back to reality . yes , UPNM . cant wait to have my LKU session . another session to built up my stamina . oooyehhh . dh bersedia sikit . insyaAllah , LKU kali ni nk wat sgguh2 sbb nk built up stamina utk kebaikan diri sendiri . UPNM , here i come ok . heheh . #semangat kn.
